Birschbach Manufacturing is a family-owned metal fabrication shop specializing in custom-designed interior and exterior railings and staircases. Proudly serving the community since 1995, we blend craftsmanship, durability, and architectural beauty into every project. Our team provides a full range of fabrication and repair services, including custom and mobile welding, plasma cutting, abrasive blasting, and structural steel fabrication. We also craft precision architectural elements for homes and businesses, from steel-framed glass doors and windows to custom range hoods. From conception to completion, we bring your vision to life with exceptional attention to detail.

Meet Our Team

Owner

Jonathon Birschbach

Jon Birschbach is the owner of Birschbach MFG LLC and has decades of industry experience. When not working, Jon enjoys spending time with friends and family. He is dedicated to his customers and takes great pride in providing them top quality service.

Executive Assistant

Alyssa Birschbach

Alyssa is a one-woman extraordinaire, assisting her father Jon in all company matters big and small. When not at work, Alyssa spends most of her time with her three delightful children and Daisy the dog.

Operations

Sarah Murray

In addition to being the front office point-of-contact and overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks, Sarah tackles vendor management, community engagement, and accounts payable/receivable. She is often found with her nose in a book or out and about with her husband, daughter, and their 2 dogs when not at work.

Welder/Fabricator

Dillon Meyer

Dillon is one of our welder / fabricators who has graduated from MPTC for the welding program while coming on board to work with us. Outside of work he enjoys four wheeling, snowmobiling, hunting, and fishing. We love having Dillon apart of our team.

Corey is our painter. When our projects are done being fabricated, we send them to him to get them painted.
